1. What sizes do you offer?

Kids (2–14 yrs) and Adults (XS–XXXL) across T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, and Polos. See our Size Guide.

2. How do I know my correct size?

Check our How to Measure guide. Measure a similar garment flat and compare.

3. Do Bellynza clothes fit true to size?

Yes. T-shirts and polos are true to size, sweatshirts are regular fit, and hoodies are slightly roomier.

4. What if I’m between sizes?

We recommend sizing up for comfort and kids’ growth.

5. What materials do you use?

100% cotton blends and cotton-poly fleece for hoodies/sweatshirts.

6. Are your clothes unisex?

Yes, most styles are unisex. Ladies’ V-neck tees and polos are slimmer cut.

7. Where are Bellynza products made?

Locally printed in Kenya with high-quality global-standard blanks.

8. How should I wash Bellynza apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on prints.

9. Will the prints fade?

No. We use high-quality inks and durable printing methods.

10. Can I exchange if I choose the wrong size?

No. Because items are made-to-order custom, we do not accept returns/exchanges for wrong sizes. Please use the Size Guide before ordering.

11. Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items, reported within 15 days of delivery. Please see our refunds policy at the footer

12. How long does delivery take?

• Nairobi: 2–5 working days (custom printing).

• Outside Nairobi: within 10 working days.

13. Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes, via Wells Fargo. Nairobi deliveries are handled by trusted local riders.

14. How much does shipping cost?

• Nairobi & Kenya-wide: KSh 300–500 depending on weight.

• Free shipping for orders above KSh 5,000.

• Nairobi CBD collection point available at no charge.

15. How do I track my order?

• Nairobi: track via WhatsApp with our support team.

• Outside Nairobi: tracking link is shared once dispatched.

16. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes. We create personalized custom designs for individuals, groups, schools, and churches. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.

17. Can I order in bulk?

Yes. Bulk orders are welcome. Email support@bellynza.com.

18. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa via our Till Number at checkout.

19. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For international orders, purchase through our Etsy store: bellynzstore.etsy.com. Items are shipped from the United States. Contact us for guidance.

20. Is Bellynza a Christian brand?

Yes. Every design carries faith-inspired messages to encourage and uplift.
